Compliments or Complaints
The quickest way to make a compliment or complaint about the action of Batchworth Community Council is to send an email to clerk@batchworth-ecc.gov.uk
A copy of the BCC Complaints policy is available here. If you have a formal complaint about the conduct of a BCC councillor, then this must be made in writing. Formal complaints will be submitted to the monitoring officer at Three Rivers District Council (TRDC). A link to the TRDC page where complaints may be submitted is provided here.
